To maximize efficient clinic operation, we make every

effort to minimize last minute appointment cancellations and start sessions on time. Out of respect for our professional staff and for patients please follow these guidelines.

• Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the session

• Late Fee (more than 30 mins late): $50

• We reserve the right to reschedule the appointment and charge half of the session cost if you are more than 1 hour late

• Cancellation Fee - within 48 hours no charge, full price for no show

• Exceptions: Positive COVID test result, illness, emergency
